What we built: Agentic Commerce in QSR: conversational AI for ordering

Within this context, we explored embedding a shopping assistant inside an ordering app to streamline sales and enhance customer experience.

An AI-powered assistant was integrated into the app, enabling users to complete purchases using natural language (text and/or voice).

The assistant can:

• Detect geolocation and find nearby stores.

• Select the appropriate location.

• Retrieve the relevant menu.

• Search and recommend items based on user intent.

• Confirm orders within the conversation.

• Redirect directly to checkout.

Through Whoppi, navigation becomes conversation, and conversation becomes transaction.
