What we built: From documentary chaos to living knowledge

In an organization where launching or updating a digital product could take up to five days due to a lack of centralized information, the need was clear: turn scattered technical knowledge into a living, accessible, and reliable system.

With KnowFlow AI, we demonstrated how AI can become the operational brain of a product and engineering team, removing long-standing friction and accelerating decision-making.

The challenge: Slow processes, missing context, and knowledge that disappears

The company faced a common problem in software development: technical knowledge did not flow. It was lost, outdated, or trapped across repositories, tickets, and disconnected documents.

The main pain points were:

  • Obsolete documentation that was hard to trace

  • Code changes with no explanation or traceability

  • Slow and frustrating onboarding

  • PMs planning without reliable technical context

  • Updating a product required up to five days of searching, interpreting, and risking errors

The challenge was not only to speed up processes, but to give structure and intelligence to collective knowledge.

How we built it: An assistant that understands the code and the way teams work

We built KnowFlow AI, an internal AI assistant that connects repositories, documentation, and product history to answer technical questions with real context.

Core capabilities of the POC:

  • Automatic integration with repositories, Confluence, Sanity, and internal tools

  • Continuous learning from every commit

  • Grounded answers with exact references to files, tickets, or documents

  • Instant generation of diagrams, flows, and visual explanations

  • Step-by-step guidance to update products directly on the main branch

The guiding principle was simple and powerful: centralize, interpret, and deliver technical knowledge as if the entire senior team responded instantly.
