What we built: an internal experiment to improve financial visibility

Santex Pulse is an internal POC aimed at improving administrative and financial visibility across the organization.

The initiative transforms scattered operational data into a central intelligence layer, allowing teams to access reliable and up-to-date information for decision making.

While designed for internal use, the approach can easily be applied to organizations operating across multiple countries and systems, where financial data is often fragmented across tools and spreadsheets.

The challenge: When data lives everywhere but insight is hard to find

Key administrative and financial information is currently spread across multiple systems and spreadsheets, including tools such as Salesforce and BambooHR.

This fragmentation creates several operational challenges:

• Inconsistent or outdated data

• Manual data consolidation processes

• Financial planning based on multiple disconnected sources

• Increased risk of human error

As a result, decision-making becomes slower and less reliable, and the Finance team spends significant time performing manual analysis and planning.

The solution: A centralized administrative intelligence platform

Santex Pulse proposes the implementation of a Central Administrative Intelligence System designed to unify organizational data into a single trusted source.

The solution is built around a central “master spreadsheet”, which consolidates data coming from multiple operational systems.

From this centralized layer, the platform feeds two main modules:

Real-time operational dashboard
Enables teams to access up-to-date metrics and make operational decisions based on reliable data.

AI-powered financial projection module
Allows the Finance team to simulate scenarios and anticipate potential impacts on costs and profitability.
