Green Intelligence: Turning sustainability into competitive advantage

What we built: AI-powered traceability and sustainable agribusiness growth

A leading agroindustrial company in Latin America identified a structural gap: producers and exporters were not capturing the full economic value of sustainability.

Environmental certifications are expensive, fragmented, and difficult to navigate—limiting access to premium international markets that reward traceable, green products.

The challenge: Bridging sustainable production with premium global markets

The client already has:

  • Strong relationships with producers.

  • Logistics, silos, and export infrastructure.

  • Direct access to international buyers.

What was missing was an intelligence layer capable of transforming environmental traceability into scalable commercial value.

The goal: enable producers to access certifications more easily and position certified products in Europe and the U.S. at differentiated prices.

How we built Green Intelligence: AI for advisory, measurement, and certification

We developed a platform structured around two core engines:

Intelligent Certification Agent (ICA)

An AI agent that guides producers step by step:

  • Initial assessment.

  • Technical requirements.

  • Compliance tracking.

  • Certification readiness.

It reduces barriers and accelerates access to environmental certification.

Strategic Commercial Dashboard

An analytical engine that converts sustainability data into financial opportunity:

  • Identification of green-ready products.

  • Margin projection by certification type.

  • Visibility into premium market access.

Validated traceability becomes a commercial asset.

Key accomplishments: From compliance to profitable sustainability

The platform enables:

  • Higher value per ton (10%–50% depending on certification and market).

  • Access to high-demand international markets.

  • New revenue streams as a regional certification and advisory leader.

A real scenario shows how even partial conversion to organic production can significantly increase profitability. At the network scale, the potential multiplies across thousands of hectares and associated producers.

Green Intelligence positions sustainability not as a cost, but as a growth engine.

The transition to an MVP would allow full-network scaling and reinforce our client's leadership in sustainable agribusiness.
